- ACH Bank Transfers (for approved wholesale accounts)
- Wire Transfers (for bulk orders and wholesale partners)
- Buy Now, Pay Later (offered through supported providers if applicable)
All credit and debit card transactions are processed through secure and PCI-compliant gateways to ensure safety and confidentiality.
2. Payment Terms
All retail orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Wholesale customers may be eligible for payment terms depending on their account status and volume of purchases. These may include:
- Net 15 or Net 30 terms (upon approval)
- Deposit-based orders for large shipments
Late payments for wholesale accounts may result in interest charges and a temporary suspension of ordering privileges until the account is brought current.
3. Payment Security
Your security is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption and fraud protection technologies to keep your payment information safe. Northeast Wholesale Supply does not store full card numbers on our servers. All transactions are processed by trusted third-party payment processors with full PCI DSS compliance.
4. Order Verification
To prevent fraudulent transactions, we may request additional verification for certain orders. This may include verification of billing or shipping addresses, business credentials (for wholesale accounts), or identity confirmation.
Orders flagged for verification may be temporarily held until the necessary documentation is provided. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace.
5. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged based on your shipping address and local tax laws unless a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate is provided (for wholesale customers). If you qualify for tax exemption, please email your resale certificate to general@northeastwholesalesupply.com before placing your order.
6. Payment Issues or Declines
If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, please verify your billing information and ensure sufficient funds are available. If issues persist, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer. You can also try an alternate payment method or contact our support team for assistance.
